Bulls Make Offer for Kobe (Declined)

Bulls Make Offer for Kobe (Declined)

Postby MaSSaCrE on Mon Jun 11, 2007 4:27 pm

The Bulls have offered Deng, Gordon, Wallace & 9th pick, the Loose Cannons just said that hey have that reported but the Lakers keep declining the offer. and that the Bulls have been calling the Lakers about Kobe consistantly...

...from a poster at ClubLakers.com. I love Kobe, and being a fan of both teams, I have to say that the Bulls are being a little bit too generous here.

Yes, too generous to be true. I can't imagine the Bulls to make such an offer.

Yeah, I wouldn't want the Bulls to make that trade myself.

LMAO! If I had to trade Kobe to the Bulls, I would force them to trade me Gordon, Thomas, Deng, Wallace, 9th pick, and a future first one pick. People need to remember your getting the best player in the NBA and he hasn't hit his prime. I don't expect the Lakers to trade Kobe and I also don't expect the Bulls to give up that much.

ROFL!

Gordon, Thomas, Deng, Wallace, 9th pick and future first round pick???????

You forget that the Lakers only trade Bryant if he demands a trade. Then there are other rules. No way Lakers can determine such a trade. I even think that Gordon, Deng, Wallace and the pick is too much if Bryant demands a trade.

Nonetheless I don't think that a trade will happen.

I don't understand why Kobe wants to play in Chicago? Bulls fans don't like him. His family would hate it here. He needs to stop crying and just play ball. This is the reason why I respect KG a lot... his team always suck but you don't hear him crying and changing his mind every week.

If Kobe gets traded to the Bulls... I'll make sure I'm sitting right behind the Bulls bench on opening day just to talk s*** to him.

I dont believe that for a second. 1) The Bulls arent going to want to trade away half their roster. 2) Kobe isnt going to want to be traded to a team that just fell out of contention b/c the trade.

1) Bulls fans who probably dont like him feel threatened by him b/c his talent. They dont like hearing the MJ comparisons. If he wore the Red/black, fans would love him. Bulls fans hated Rodman too. Then look what happened. Bulls fans loved Horace, hated him when he left. Bulls fans are loyal to whoever wears that jersey. The way it should be.

2) KG is content with losing. He's never won anything meaningful. I love KG as a player but he doesnt have that drive Kobe does. Once you've been to the top, the longer you are away the more it kills you. I've said this before, it's like sex. If you've never had it, you dont know what you're missing. But if you had, and you go an extended period of time w/o it, it can kill you.
