The Bulls welcomed back Jannero Pargo on Wednesday, signing the three-point specialist to what a source described as a one-year, $2 million contract. That uses up most of the Bulls' wiggle room before the luxury-tax threshold.
Pargo isn't Gordon, but I think that is a good deal for Bulls. Pargo will help to win some games.
