Pargo, who spent last season overseas, is a career 37 percent three-point shooter who could fill the role of a space-the-floor shooter for Derrick Rose that also comes at cheap price.
Pargo is said to want to return to the NBA. The Bulls are slightly $1 million under the luxury tax threshold and thus have little wiggle room to offer Pargo.
