How does a team lose to the worst nba team and beat the best in one week? Where do you think the Bulls fall on the consistency scale?

I think that Tyrus is right. You always need to give your best to beat any team in the NBA. But loosing against the Thunder wasn't nice. But the Thunder are 5-5 for the last 10 games and the Bulls only 4-6.
