Norm Van Lier dead at 61

Former Bulls guard Norm Van Lier, nicknamed "Stormin' Norman" for his take-no-prisoners attitude on the basketball court, died Thursday afternoon at his home in Chicago. He was 61.
Rose: "I want to be that guy. I want to be the reason why the Bulls are back to what they were [during the Michael Jordan era]."

So Sad Stormin Norman he will be missed by many...I just saw him the other day :(

Chicago Bulls great Bob Love called in to offer his thoughts on the passing of former Bulls star and beloved broadcaster Norm Van Lier. Love and Van Lier, two of the great legends of Chicago sports, were teammates and friends for years.
