The Bulls also have talked to representatives of Keith Bogans and Roger Mason, according to a person familiar with the situation.

The Bulls are one of several teams pursuing House, a veteran guard who would be able to play both backcourt positions and give the Bulls more depth behind Derrick Rose and new acquisition C.J. Watson, whom they acquired from the Golden State Warriors in a sign-and-trade last week.

Bogans, a seven-year veteran, started 50 games for the San Antonio Spurs last season, averaging 4.4 points and shooting 35.7 percent from three-point range. Mason, who was a second-round draft pick of the Bulls in 2002, has been a key reserve for the Spurs the past two seasons, averaging a career-high 11.8 points a game in 2008-09 before slumping to 6.3 points last season.
