IMO the Bulls as the played in 2007 haven't a good chance to win a playoff series. They are far too inconsistent.
Inconsistent within the games and inconsistent from game to game.
Streaks 2007:
L2 / W1 / L3 / W3 / L2 / W3 / L1 / W2 / L3 - a steady up and down
Good games (mostly home games) against Suns, Spurs, Mavericks, Heat. Then tough losses where the Bulls have double digit leads against Warriors, Kings, Nets, Rockets.
You can't win a playoff series playing so extremly inconsistent. If they playing this way the rest of the season it is quite possible only get the 6th or 7th rank in the eastern conference. A Goal was to win the central division.

We don’t want to make some of the same mistakes we made earlier in the year, when we went out west and clearly did not play our best basketball. We want to focus on being sharp and playing hard. If we can do those things, I think we’ll do well.
But unfortunately they don't do those things and don't do well.
2) Gasol Trade
IMO there will be no Gasol Trade in february. Perhaps in the summer.
I don't think the Bulls are willing to part ways with Hinrich, Gordon or Deng. So there will be no trade now.
Perhaps Paxson surprises us all with some other trade to get good big power foward.
3) Gordon, Deng, Wallace
Gordon right now is at the end of a shooting slump I think. 7-18 FG (.389) isn't good but he show good signs in 5-8 3FG (.625). He have scored 23.1 and 24.1 in december and january. I expect that he will score 23.0+ next year.
Deng in my opinion is one if not the most consistent player for the Bulls. That is why he is much valuable for them. And he will get better in the future I think.
Wallace is a little disappointment this season. Everyone had high expectation for him playing in Chicago. I think he can playing better, so I hope that he show us in the playoff at the latest. Hopefully earlier.
