Did anyone hear the radio pregame from bulls v wizards 2/22

My question was selected for madhouse on madison mailbag, but I didn't hear it and cannot get a podcast to learn the answer. My Q was "Are freethrows made at a higher percentage for the second (of two) than the first. It seems like the first shot sets the aim and the second refines the aim; so I would expect the second shot to me made more frequently" or something like that. Did anyone hear the answer?
