This will be tough. 76ers are a very good team. Especially on defense.

Go Bulls!

PHILADELPHIA --- Richard Hamilton and Luol Deng will miss the Chicago Bulls' game Wednesday night against the Philadelphia 76ers, and coach Tom Thibodeau confirmed the team plans to sit Hamilton until he is fully recovered from the groin and thigh issues he has.

"What we want to avoid is the in and out," Thibodeau said. "He has missed more games than he has played. That’s a big concern. We have to make sure he is completely healthy.

This don't make this game easier....

Bulls are now 1-4 against potential playoffs opponents (0-1 Miami, 1-1 Atlanta, 0-1 Indiana, 0-1 Philadelphia)

Friedell's rapid reaction

How it happened: The Sixers outworked the Bulls most of the night. Andre Iguodala had 19 points and nine rebounds to lead Philadelphia to a convincing win. Lavoy Allen came off the Sixers' bench to add 15 points. Playing without Luol Deng (wrist) and Rip Hamilton (thigh/groin) did the Bulls in offensively. Derrick Rose had 18 points. C.J. Watson added 20. But Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer combined for just 11 points going just 4-for-14 from the field.

What it means: Against solid teams, the Bulls' offensive woes become more pronounced without Hamilton and Deng. Boozer and Noah simply can't have the type of game they had on Wednesday night and expect to win. Thibodeau sent a message to Boozer and Noah once again by benching both for the entire fourth quarter. Rose didn't play the final 12 minutes as well, but that wasn't because he didn't play well. Thibodeau seemed to throw in the towel early in this one, opting to give Rose a rest in advance of Thursday night's game.
