This could be a really high-scoring game tonight against the Knicks. Knicks and Bulls haven't be known for defense this season.

In his last six games, Ben Gordon is averaging 5.5 rpg, capped by a career-high-tying eight boards vs. PHI (12/02).

Over his last four games, Larry Hughes has shot 12-of-17 (.706) from behind the arc. During that span, his three-point shooting percentage has risen from .375 to .477.

The Bulls are 6-3 at home, with their fifth win coming against the Pacers on Nov. 15. Last season, Chicago did not win its sixth home game until Dec. 28, a 103-99 win over Milwaukee.

Derrick Rose is atop or near the top in several rookie stat categories: second in scoring (18.5 ppg), first in assists (6.1 apg), second in minutes (38.3 mpg), third in shooting (.490 FG%), fourth in steals (1.15 spg), fourth in free-throw shooting (.833 FT%) and 11th in rebounds (3.9 rpg).

Larry Hughes hit a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 55 seconds to go Tuesday night and the Chicago Bulls rallied in the fourth quarter for a 105-100 victory over the New York Knicks.

Drew Gooden led the Bulls with a season-high 22 points and 16 rebounds. Ben Gordon, who tied the game at 97 with a 3-pointer, added 17 points and Hughes had 16.
