The Heat decided to keep Smush Parker away from the team, not only because of his unresolved legal issue involving a valet attendant, but also because he hasn't met the team's conditioning requirements. The team continues exploring a trade for Parker, who -- as an offseason free agent pickup -- can be dealt no sooner than Saturday.
This will be a difficult task for the Heat.
