Wizards 89 @ Hawks 100

Hawks played a much better game than in the opener, especially defensively. But the Wizards lost Caron Butler to a bruised left knee, depriving them of the second of their Big Three.

Bulls 90 @ Celtics 118

The Celts dominated this matchup at both ends.

Thunder 91 @ Detroit 83

The Pistons missed Hamilton from his sprained ankle in the opener and didn't get enough frontcourt help in this game for the guards. The Thunder also played excellent defense and Kevin Durant led the Thunder's frontcourt as it hit big shots in the second half. The Thunder are a team on the rise. The Pistons frontcourt needs to work on finishing.

Cavaliers 104 @ Timberwolves 87

The Cavs dominated the T'Wolves who're still learning Rambis' triangle offense. Jefferson had a quiet game, still recovering from his February knee surgery.

Magic 95 @ Nets 85

Vince Carter scored 16 before leaving in the second quarter with a sprained left ankle. Lots of sprains getting around lately. Howard dominated the Nets to close out the game.
