That All-Star game was one of the most boring ever. There were some nice alley-oops and stuff as well as some nice dunks and I like the fact that Kobe won MVP, but who the hell wants to see a blowout in an all-star game? The West really wanted to win because they lost the last 2 and you could tell. The guards came out and made some nice fancy passes to the forwards, but Timmy and KG were laying the ball in at an all-star game! Hell if I want to see some lay-ups, I'll go down and watch a pick up game. I wanna see some thunderous dunks and some athletic plays.

Haha. It was a fun game though. It turns out that West teams > East teams AND West players > East players ....for this season at least.

Kobe had 3 maybe 4 dunks. All were the same except for one. They were all reverse dunks (not that i didn't like them), but he had a great game, looked like he was gunning for MVP from the start. He had 17 1st half points. Amare played fantastic. He had some dunks, layins and some nice plays. Both of the Suns had excellent games...and I did NOT see Steve Nash playing.

Dwight was brilliant for the East, he should have started though. I'll never stop saying that. LeBron looked like he wanted to win the game. Who saw Gilbert do a between - the - legs dunks during a TO in the 4th Q? That was hilarious.

Next year should be better. Invite G2 back to the Slam Dunk Contest, get some beter guys in the 3pt shootout, drop the Shooting Stars competition, I think it's lame. But it is nice to see guys like Smush Parker be participating in AS weekend.

Enjoyed, might d/l it, and watch it again.
