Pippen Remains on Lakers' Radar

The NBA trade deadline has come and gone but Scottie Pippen remains unsigned. He is on the Lakers' radar, but they have no sense of urgency to sign him.

"I'll probably do that when I get back after this weekend," Jackson said Sunday. "I'm sure there are other people out there that have needs like ours with their injuries and they know his experience. I know that he's looking to help a team that's a winning team. He didn't mention us [yet] but mentioned some teams that were poised to make a playoff run. I haven't heard from him."

Since I'm really not a Lakers fan right now, I would love to see them take him. He isn't going to be able to give much anymore.

since i'm not a lakers fan at all, i hope they don't sign him and he never has la lakers on his resume of teams. he should just not come back, period. same with all the talk about reggie miller goin to the mavs, after being retired for 2+ years, and being 40+ years of age, just stay retired.

As a Lakers fan, if he could help us, I would love to see him play for us and lead our young guys. As a Bulls fan, its not whereas Michael came back with the Wizards. Pippen already ruined his legacy by playing with the Trailblazers.
